Undisposed Memories

March 25, 2015

We live in a world full of instant.

In an instant anyone can take a picture, edit that picture, and share that picture with the entire internet. In an instant you can do almost anything- thanks to the almighty creation of the smartphone.

We decided we didn't want instant. This Spring Break we decided we wanted to capture tiny moments of joy in a little plastic device commonly known as the disposable camera.

Frankly, it was a surprise that stores even sell disposable cameras anymore, but I think we can both say that we are so happy they still exist. When we parted on our separate adventures, we both left with a mutual task: use our new, and yet ironically outdated technology to capture memories.

So we did just that. We travelled the miles, took the pictures, and developed the film. And just like that, spring break is over and done, and we're left with our undisposed memories.

Two Bags, Two Trips.

March 11, 2015

It's that time of the year again, grab your sunscreen and your fanny pack because it's spring break.

Lindsey's Destination: San Francisco, CA.

Must haves: Boyfriend jeans (pretty much sweatpants), the go-to fixer hat for bad hair days, and my sketchbook/quick note journal.

Paige's Destination: Gulf Shores, AL

Must haves: Since I'm going on your typical college spring-break road trip, of course I'm going to need a fanny pack and an obnoxiously patriotic bucket hat. I threw some magazines in for the car and my favorite wayfarer glasses.
